Cospeito Piglet

Known in Galicia as Porco, Cocho, Chino and Marrán, the pig is one of the icons of the Galician countryside, its farming culture and gastronomy. Pork meat and chorizo sausages are always on offer in every traditional Galician county fair. In some of them, the pig is even the main star of the show, like in Cospeito's Pig Fair (Feira do Porco da Ceba) in Co. Terra Cha.
