» Quality 5 yard kilt made in Black Watch Tartan.
» The Black Watch is a Scottish infantry regiment which fought together with the Galician army in 1809 during the Napoleonic Wars.
» Known at the time as the '42nd Royal Highland Regiment of Foot', the Black Watch played a major part in the Allied victory against the French at the Battle of Corunna and the Battle of Ponte-San-Paio, where the Kingdom of Galicia was liberated on the 8th June 1809.
» The tartan colour combination, dark blue and green, was originally designed for camouflage.
» Made with 13oz acrylic woven tartan cloth, designed to hang, look and feel like wool. and pleated traditionally to sett.
» Finished with exterior belt loops, waist interior lining, and two leather straps to fasten Kilt allowing a 10cm (4'') give or take on the stated size.
» Ideal for wearing in festivals, sport events, Galician-themed parties, weddings, re-enactment...
