Wales's second national flag, this banner was used historically by Owain Glyndur, the last native Welsh nobleman to hold the title of Prince of Wales. The flag field displays the quartered arms of the Welsh kingdoms of Powys and Deheubarth, where Owain Glyndur reigned until 1416.
