When you place an order to purchase goods from the site, and we have approved your payment details, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provided on your order form.
All of our products ship within 3 business days. We currently use the Spanish Royal Mail for all our national and international customers.
Delivery Times (National Delivery) Delivery should take a minimum of between 3 days minimum to 14 days maximum from the date of despatch. This option will not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Delivery Times (International Delivery) Delivery should take a minimum of between 7 days minimum to 21 days maximum from the date of despatch. This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order that you place, please contact us for return instructions as soon as possible. You may return any item within 14 days of the date of despatch in its original condition (i.e. unused and unworn) for an exchange or refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note GalicianShop.com will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or damaged. When sending your return please use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
